New Molds...

I went to the Food Fair with my dad and he offered me some new molds... 

First of all, Now my pound cakes will just like normal and not "tired" anymore! Then, I always wanted to have a savarian ring mold to explore unknown horizon! I spent a great afternoon with lots of free gifts and good deals from several retailers... My favorite purchase is the 4 different honey types I 've found, DEFINITELY! I got lavender, rosemary, citrus and mountain honey!!! Yummy... I also bought a kind of a paste you can use on bread or inside cakes. It's 100% fruits spreads, no added sugar, preservatives or colourings AND it's delicious of course!

So with my new Tefal Profilex mold I baked a cake... with nuts! It looks so good with nuts on top!!! Nuts have a strong taste, stronger than hazelnuts but served with a layer of marzipan it's just perfect... I love fall!!! I love fall vegetables such as parsnips, pumpkins or 'salem's artichokes... I love nuts, all of them! And I love the smell of the air when you open the window early in the morning...I love to get up at 7 or 8 AM and see it's still dark outside... And finally I love fall because it's time to celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving! 
As you surely noticed my cake was quite a success...
